I was happy from the results but I noticed something strange. I made my environment settings darker as per my desire for night time. And this I need help with cause I didn't find a workaround. Opened the Weather window and it was showing me the parameters once more.ģ. What I did was in that moment to save the game, exit and come back. It obviously made everything look different as per the weather has changed but when I went in to take change the parameters for this particular weather the GUI showed the Weather Window as empty. I used console's "set timescale" to hurry things up and I guess the weather changed quickly. I assume I'll just manage these parameters into the ini files manually once I figure what I want, but I feel like its a bug in the ENB GUI. After I press Load Configuration the preset goes back to the parameters pre my changes. I press Save Configuration but it doesn't do anything. Sorry to bother you further but I have 3 issues now regarding preset managementġ. I, for example, successfully manged to turn DoF on and off at my leisure. Just to make sure that I do have effect on the game through the GUI in-game, I tried changing other stuff. I don't think that the light from them is enough to give me the result I'm seeing.
Enbseries settings mod#
I would mention though that I'm using inside the nabula which is a mod that brightens the sky with stars and a shiny moon. The nights remain exactly with the same ambient light that comes from the environment objects. I installed it at the last of my load order with the preference of 70% darker nights. I then went to naxus and downloaded this.
Enbseries settings full#
I went full on and placed 0 or 0.1 on all direct intensity+curve and ambient intensity+curve on both day and night parameters. I tried enabling "daynight time" in the ENB GUI in-game, and nothing. So I googled and googled and found some explanations about the enbseries.ini and how settings can help me. So bright that I can see all the way to the horizon.
Now I'm extremely happy with the results besides one thing: The nights are bright. However I do note already that this mod makes nights darker from my experience with it. I am though, using ELFX (a lightning overhaul for skyrim). I use some other mods but none of them are for weather as per the author said. I'm playing skyrim and using an ENB preset found here.
